
Festival Flamenco Alburquerque
June 9 - June 17

Presented by the National Institute of Flamenco, in partnership with the University of New Mexico and the National Hispanic Cultural Center, Festival Flamenco Alburquerque is the oldest and largest flamenco festival outside of Spain. Taking place from June 9-17, this year’s Festival includes over 20 performances, over 40 dance and music workshops, and 114 total performers that will take the stage at UNM’s Rodey and X Theatres, the National Hispanic Cultural Center, and Tablao Flamenco Albuquerque.
Now in its 36th year, Festival Flamenco Alburquerque has hosted many of the world’s most prominent flamenco artists. This year, expect iconic shows by award-winning performers like Israel Galván, Olga Pericet, and Andrés Marín, as well as Albuquerque’s own Yjastros: The American Flamenco Repertory Company.
