Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting our users’ privacy. This privacy policy details what information we collect, how we use that information, and ways you can protect your privacy and control what you share.
Information We Collect
We collect information that the user (also known as the host or organizer) submits about their upcoming events, including the event title, description, website, location, date, ticket cost, and time. We also collect the contact information of the host, including their name, company website, and email address or phone number. This information is used to communicate with the user about their event and to verify event details.
If you upload images to include with your event, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you choose to sign up for our newsletter, you will be asked to provide your name and email address. We also ask users to take surveys about our content, which are used to improve our website and services.

Users are cautioned that this information may nevertheless be subject to disclosure to any New Mexico citizen under the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act (Section 14-2-1 et seq. NMSA 1978) or pursuant to a court order.
Finally, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymous information about website traffic and usage. We will not (and will not allow any third party to) use the Google Analytics Service to track, collect or upload any data that personally identifies an individual (such as a name, email address, or billing information), or other data which can be reasonably linked to such information by Google.
